My Services
Individual Therapy
You may be here because something feels off. Maybe you're overwhelmed, anxious, burned out, stuck in old patterns, or simply unsure of who you are anymore. Maybe you’re asking yourself questions like:
Why do I keep doing this?
Why does this hurt so much?
Is something wrong with me?
What do I want from my life?
These questions can be uncomfortable—but they’re also powerful starting points.
In our work together, I create a space where you can slow down, explore what’s going on beneath the surface, and begin to reconnect with yourself in a deeper, more meaningful way. My approach is integrative and personalized, blending evidence-based methods like Internal Family Systems (IFS), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), psychodynamic insights, and mindfulness practices.
One of the core elements of my work is helping you understand the parts of yourself—those inner voices that may carry fear, self-doubt, perfectionism, people-pleasing, or even self-sabotage. These parts usually exist for a reason. Together, we’ll listen to what they’re trying to protect and what they need to heal. When you can relate to yourself with more compassion and clarity, space opens up for your most grounded, authentic self to lead the way.
I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all therapy. Sometimes we go deep. Sometimes we sit with the unknown. Sometimes we laugh. And sometimes, the work is just about having one hour a week that’s fully yours.
Whatever brings you here, I’ll meet you with curiosity, warmth, and no judgment. You don’t have to figure it all out alone.

Couples Therapy
Every relationship carries a story—a mix of love, conflict, connection, and longing. Sometimes that story becomes tangled in distance, miscommunication, or pain. You may find yourselves feeling more like roommates than partners, stuck in the same arguments, or quietly wondering, How did we get here?
Couples often come to therapy seeking support around things like:
Feeling emotionally disconnected
Communication breakdowns or recurring conflict
Trust issues or healing after betrayal
Differences in intimacy, sex, or desire
Life transitions—parenthood, loss, aging, or career shifts
Feeling unsure about the future of the relationship
Therapy is a space to slow down and reconnect—with each other and yourselves. I offer a warm, compassionate, and emotionally attuned environment where both of you can feel safe, seen, and heard.
My approach is grounded in the Gottman Method, a research-based framework that helps couples build stronger communication, deepen emotional intimacy, and navigate conflict in a healthier way. I also draw from Internal Family Systems (IFS) and mindfulness-based tools to help each of you understand your internal experience—and how those parts show up in the relationship.
This work is not about blame—it’s about understanding. It’s about hearing one another, not just with your ears, but with your hearts.
Whether you’re looking to repair, reconnect, or decide what’s next, I’ll meet you exactly where you are—with honesty, care, and deep respect for your process.

Our lives rarely turn out the way we think they will but turn out exactly the way they’re supposed to. Self will lead the way.
